Every page, laid out in front of you
Drop a PDF and you see all its pages as a grid, the way you’d spread printouts on a table. The pictures are drawn as you scroll, so even a long file opens quickly.
From there:
- Drag a page to a new spot. On a phone, touch and hold it first. With a keyboard, focus a page and use the arrow keys.
- Turn a page with ↻ on it, or use Rotate all to the left or the right.
- Remove a page with ✕. It stays in the grid, tinted, so you can see what’s going. Press it again to keep the page.
- Reset puts everything back to how it was, if you lose track.
Nothing happens to your file until you press Save. You then download a new PDF, named like contract-organized.pdf, and the original is left as it was.
Jobs it’s good at
Scans that came out in the wrong order. Feeding a stack through a scanner one side at a time, dropping papers and picking them up, scanning a booklet: all of these mix up pages. Drag them back in place while you can see them.
One PDF made from several. After you merge files, a cover letter might belong first and an annexure last. Move them here.
Tidying before you send. Remove the duplicate page, turn the sideways table, take out the page that only says “This page is intentionally left blank”.
Shortcuts for one job
If you only need one of these, the pages below start ready for it and do part of the work:
- Delete PDF pages: tap to remove, with blank pages pointed out.
- Remove blank pages: empty pages are already marked when the grid opens.
- Rotate PDF: tap to turn, with sideways pages pointed out.
- Auto-rotate PDF: sideways and upside-down pages already turned.
- Extract PDF pages: tap the pages you want as a new PDF.
What it doesn’t change
The pages themselves are copied exactly, so text stays sharp and selectable and nothing is compressed. Organizing doesn’t edit the words on a page. To add something on top, there’s Fill PDF form for text and ticks and Sign PDF for a signature.
A page you remove takes its pictures with it, so taking out a few scanned pages usually makes the file smaller too.
